The short version: Cascade is a revision tool, not clinical advice. A year of everything is £30, once, and never renews on its own. Do not share your account or scrape the content.

Cascade is operated by Lamaryalia Shenwary, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as Cascade, trading in England. A postal address for correspondence is available on request. Contact: support@cascade.clinic.
Using Cascade means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.
Cascade is an educational tool for UKMLA revision. It simulates physiology so you can see how one intervention moves a whole system, and it sets out UK guideline material alongside each condition with its source named.
It is not medical advice and it is not a clinical decision tool. The simulations are teaching models: deliberate simplifications of human physiology, tuned to make a mechanism visible rather than to predict what any real patient will do. Nothing here should be used to make a decision about a real person.
Guideline content is cross-referenced against published UK sources at the time it is written. Guidance changes. Always check the current primary source, NICE, BNF, BTS/SIGN, UKKA or whichever body applies, before relying on anything in practice. You remain responsible for your own clinical judgement and for meeting the standards of your regulator and your medical school.
Cascade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the GMC, the Medical Schools Council, NICE, or any medical school. UKMLA is referred to only to describe what the material covers.
No promise is made about your exam result. Passing an exam depends on you.
Read this section carefully, because it is the one people most often assume they know.
Refunds.
You may use Cascade for your own study. You may not:
Access may be suspended or ended for a serious or repeated breach, including sharing an account, scraping, or cheating.
Good-faith security research is welcome. Report anything you find to support@cascade.clinic before disclosing it, do not access anybody else's data, and do not degrade the service for other people. Do that and no action will be taken against you.
Leaderboards are optional and off until you turn them on. Section 7 of the privacy policy sets out exactly what becomes visible.
Rankings are based on how many people turned up and played, not on scores, precisely so there is nothing to be gained by inflating a score. Entries, display names or accounts may be removed from a leaderboard where there is evidence of manipulation, and that judgement is Cascade's to make.
Considerable effort goes into clinical accuracy, and every condition, drug note and Qbank rationale carries a report button for exactly this reason. Reports are read and acted on.
Errors will still exist. Cascade is provided as a study aid and no warranty is given that it is complete, current or free from mistakes. If you spot something wrong, report it, that is the fastest route to it being fixed for everyone.
The simulations, cases, question bank, written explanations, design and code are owned by Cascade or used under licence. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use them for your own study for as long as your access lasts. Nothing more is granted.
Guideline content is summarised from, and attributed to, its publishers. Those publishers retain their own rights in their material.
Anything you submit through the report box may be used to correct and improve Cascade, without payment and without attribution to you.
Cascade is a beta product run by one person. No uptime guarantee is given. Maintenance, outages, provider failures and breaking changes all happen, and access may be interrupted without notice.
Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. If something material to what you have paid for is withdrawn permanently, you will be given notice on the site and in your account.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows:
Cascade is supplied for personal study. If you use it for business purposes, the consumer protections above do not apply to you.
You can stop using Cascade and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your progress permanently; there is no undo.
Access may be ended for a serious breach of section 5, or if Cascade is discontinued. If Cascade is discontinued, notice will be given on the site and in your account.
These terms may change. The date at the top is the version in force. Material changes will be notified on the site and in your account before taking effect, and if you do not accept them you may end your access and delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you live in another part of the UK you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own.
Please raise a complaint with support@cascade.clinic first. Most things are fixable without lawyers.
